Northeast Iceland: People, places AND Saltfish
Think of iceland, and saltfish might not be the first thing to come to mind. Be that as it may, saltfish is one of iceland’s most important directly exportable products. This project was about setting off the remote part of the northeast iceland and getting to see the landscapes, people and places that support Iceland’s largest industry, from large processing plants making 200 tonnes a week to a small village make 7 tonnes a week.
